What is the delivery time?


We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed no later than the next business day. Your parcel should arrive within 2-5 business days from the date of order. During peak season, delivery times may be slightly longer. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

How much does delivery cost?


We offer free delivery on orders over £50.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, and Yodel.
Standard order – £3.95
Express delivery – £5.95
We work with Royal Mail, Evri, and Yodel as our distribution partners and deliver within the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, and Northern Ireland, excluding the Isle of Man.

British Armed Forces parcels can only be sent via Royal Mail, and you must provide a BFPO number for your parcel. This number is usually attached to your address. Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email. You can track your order status using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

What is our returns policy?

If you change your mind about an item you purchased, you can return it within 14 days of purchase, provided it's in its original condition and with proof of purchase, or within 7 days if you bought it on sale. This means the item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags, and in good, resalable condition. This does not apply to personalized items or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: underwear, boxers, socks, or swimsuits with a damaged or missing hygiene tape, or cosmetics without the original protective film and packaging. These items can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described. Please complete the returns form and include it with your shipment. During peak periods, returns may take up to 14 days from receipt of the item.
If the item is damaged, you must notify us immediately within 2 days. Please provide documentation of the damaged item, a detailed description, and a photo and send it to info@artmamifashions.co.uk. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged.

What does "item not as described" mean?

Not as described items are:

Color different from the one ordered

Size different from the one ordered

Product exchange, e.g., skirt instead of trousers

We make every effort to fulfill orders with the utmost care, but we are only human. In such cases, we will ensure the correct item is delivered as quickly as possible after receiving the return.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds for purchased items will be processed via the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed or there are any obstacles to processing the return. When will I receive my refund?

We process refunds quickly and notify you via email. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method, but during peak periods, refunds may take up to 14 days.
